Honestly once you have seen the extended versions of all three Lord of the rings movies you will never wanna watch the theatrical versions again, cos the new and extended scenes kinda explains how you get from A to B. This will either interest or bore casual LOTR fans (depends on the perspective) and will understand the plot gaps.

U r dumb if you don't have this in your dvd coolection.

It's the best movie I ever seen!

Well what can i say, it has everything you expect. Not only do you get all three extended movies to watch with all those tasty edited out scenes but you get oodles of extras !! The sheer amount detail that went into these movies really doesnt hit you until you watch the special features.

All three extended versions come in the packaging from their individual release so you are missing out on nothing. You will be trooely exhausted having watched all these and then watching the special features. They even have some hidden "dvd easter eggs" that include some humours snippets but you'll have to find them :D This truely is a complete dvd experience and makes you jealous you were not part of the whole epic that is Lord Of The Rings.

A must for all fans of the trilogy. Why buy the cinema release when you can get it plus a whole lot more :D
