Bloody hilarious!

This is one of the greatest comedy shows of all time. It has elements of Extras, The Office and other such shows. And what a bargain, this will give you many many hours of laughter. Really high quality and the guys have stayed true to their NZ heritage making a strongly NZ show.
This makes me damn proud to be a Kiwi when New Zealanders can go out there and produce something that is really truly ground breaking.
Classic original comedy

Hillarious comedy, particularly if you have spent any time living in the USA (you can relate to a lot of the situations)!

Falling for the charm of these two kiwi's struggling to make it in New York is not difficult. There is a genuine awkwardness about these guys that will have you laughing throughout as they deliver their understated, underacted brand of comedy. But don't mistaken it for light, quirky humour, there is some very clever dialogue and the themes going on throughout the series will have you watching it more than once. Watch out for the true star of the show - Murray, their inept band manager who holds down a job at the NZ Consulate during the day. You may think that the musical interludes would be corny - or somewhat out of place in a modern comedy, but they often offer some of the best humour of the series, and work so well in the show, you will be waiting for them to burst into song. A brilliant first season for the HBO produced series, so much so that they will be back for a second series soon. Well done Jemaine and Brett.

When Flight of The Conchords was playing on Prime it was by far one of the funniest and most original programs showing at the time if not ever. All this and the fact that i was a couple of kiwi lads results in it being one hell of a show. So anything that bundles every episode of the first season into a snazy two disc set, has got to be good.
