...Shoot them in the head!

I was fortunate enough to view this movie while I was in Japan for TGS this year, and I must say it was superb. As a long standing hardcore fan of the Resident Evil/Biohazard games, this movie sits alongside the games nicely, and compliments the overall story arc (Unlike the hollywood live action movies). The voice acting is great (even though I saw this in Japan, it was entirely in english), and feels true to the characters established by the games. There were times that the visuals seemed a touch uninspired - and it is fair to say that the overall quality of the CGI is great, but not quite up there with the work done by Sqeenix on the Final Fantasy movies. That in mind though everything animates beautifully and convincingly.
As a movie it holds its own nicely, but it is game fans that will get the most out of this.
