I throughly enjoyed this game, as a total pokemon fan. It was interesting to see new legendary Pokemon, and I am still enjoying the game, 300 hours in and still catching Pokemon. Would definetly recommend it to anyone. If you need any tips, feel free to email me 806045@student.sit.ac.nz

When I first got this game I thought it's just another game. Well I was wrong! This game is one of the best DS games yet. As soon as I started playing I couldn't stop. The graphics are fantasic and the new pokemon are awsome. This game is a must have for any DS owner!!!
Best Pokemon game I have ever played!

It does not stray far from the basics of the previous pokemon games but the mechanics still prove to be timeless and the addition of online battling and trading give the series a breath of fresh air.
There is 150 new pokemon to catch plus over 490 pokemon to catch, trade and migrate from previous Pokemon games as well!!!
Pokemon Diamond Is The Best!!

I just got Diamond about 2 1/2 weeks ago, and I have to say this is the best Pokemon game I have ever played and the largest library of monsters than any game EVER made. I really didn't believe some of the things that I have heard about this game, they sounded too surreal and good to be true. I really enjoyed playing Pokemon Diamond.
I think it’s a perfect game, really extraordinaire but then again that’s me being a Pokemon Fan for years. They couldn't have done much to improve Diamond, it’s that good. I love going underground, that is truly spectacular. The graphics for the whole game was absolutely wonderful.
What I thought was very cool was the use of Wi-Fi which meant I could play it online against people worldwide. I also liked the Wi-Fi clubs. The voice chat is just so cool. I’ve really liked all of the Pokemon games so far. But this game was probably the best. The new legendaries are wicked, it’s cool looking and pretty awesome in battle. I LOVE this game.
For all Pokefans this game is just hard to put down. I highly recommend this game for any and every one with a Nintendo DS/ Lite, this is one game that you can just pick up, learn, play, and enjoy playing for hours and hours. There is just SO much to do on this game, it’s like all the Pokemon games in one with extra new features I can actually confidently guarantee you that you will love this game.
Last But Not Least I Rate This Game 10/10 Overall.

Pokemon is back for the DS, and the graphics have been given an overhaul.
The gameplay is very much the same as previous Pokemon games, but this is a good thing!
The touch screen only gets used when giving commands or using your backpack or computer, but this certainly makes things easier and more enjoyable.
Best Pokemon Game Yet

Pokemon, many of you already own the presequals, and probably are thinking.. not another pokemon or maybe u are excited like i was... So i ordered the game from overseas, as i couldn't bare the pal release. After completing the game i can now make an informed and unbias, review of my favourite DS game to date :)
Firstly this game feels pokemon, nothing much has changed from the battle system since the first version. And why change something that works? However to make the game feel new again, a lot of things are added on top of the old engine, such as due pokemon battles ( 2 pokemons at a time ) adds loads of strategies into the game. Item add on's to pokemons. Many side quests such as beauty contest. And of course hundred new pokemons to capture! New Pokeballs adds new dimension to catch pokemon.
Secondly what impresses me about this game is the A.I of the system. The computer rarely makes fundamental mistakes and outsmarted me in many occassions. ( i won't give examples as it spoils the game ). The game is Lengthy! 40 hours to complete, or 60 hours ++ if you are into collecting..
And you thought it couldn't get any better... You can go Online! yes thats right, for the first time, you can take your pokemons online and battle your friends :) on top of that, if you are the owner of a nintendo Wii then you can even hook it up to your wii once pokemon revolution comes out =) So yeah, to conclude my review of the game, i'd like all you DS owners to give it a go. It may look childish and all but the most important element of gaming cannot be ignored, and that is.. FUN!
