Great way to keep fit

Don't have time to go to the gym, want variety of work outs. This is perfect.
This is fantastic. I get to do different workouts from cardio to yoga to core muscles. I also get to select the work out time from 15 to 70 mins. Each time I do it it changes. My favourite is the yoga.
Over WiiFit? Need a real workout?

If you are tired of excercising with you Mii and you are sick of running around Mii Island then this is something that is well worth a look.
If you are looking to train like an adult with a trainer that is a bit meaner than a cartoonish Mii, then this is a disk you need to get.
I have enjoyed WiiFit but this is much more intensive and focussed on my fitness and my goals.

Excellent work-out routines and well geared to your fitness and detailed personal data you enter (pity it is not in metric). Good goal settings and the time flies during workouts. I may end up by calling the trainer B...ch at the wnd of the week though! She never stops you moving!

Wow words cant express it. Very motivational, amazing fun. If you like the Wii Fit you will love this. The trainer is excellent she talks you through and gives encoragement it's brilliant. Was given it as a gift and wow what a workout. I reccommend this to all ages as it's great fun. Awesome graphics and music selections.

A great game to motivate you to get off that couch and get moving! It guides you towards your goal with a work out designed for your body, age and fitness level. The calendar helps plan your workouts during the week and you have the ability to increase the difficulty as you progress! There are also options as to what type of workout you want to do and what areas of your body want to focus on improving. Definitely a must have if you don't have the Wii Fit.
