 Atari's 'Legendary' launching this September

Atari have sent word that the great looking Legendary will be released this September for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
Sealed away inside Pandora's Box are the greatest creatures of myth and lore, locked away by ancient forces to preserve humanity. There they have spent eons waiting to be freed in order to rule the world once more. When a thief named Deckard is hired to steal an ancient artefact, he unwittingly triggers a war between man and myth. Now he is the only one capable of preventing the destruction of civilization...
Features:
- Modern military firepower meets the tooth and claw of legend; A massive, block-buster experience; spectacular battles, run and gun fire-fights;
- Dynamic environments crumble, skyscrapers fall; the collapse of modern society in the face of the beasts of myth is realized in breath-taking detail;

SEGA has today revealed more details about their upcoming third person action shooter, Vanquish. Directed by Shinji Mikami, the creator of Resident Evil, players take the role of Sam, a government agent kitted out with a futuristic battle suit. Set in a near future world, the US and Russia compete for fast-diminishing energy resources. A space station built by the US to harness the power of the sun has been captured by the Russians and turned into a weapon of mass destruction, destroying San Francisco. Sam, and others like him, have been charged with recapturing the station before it can destroy its next target, New York.

Infinity Ward co-founders Jason West and Vince Zampella have filed a lawsuit against Activision via their legal representatives O'Melveny & Myers LLP. West and Zampella were fired earlier this week for breaches of contract and insubordination. The termination comes just weeks before they were to receive substantial royalty payments as part of their contracts for the development of the best-selling Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
