Codemasters acquire Swordfish Studios

Facilitating an accelerated expansion of its development talent base, Codemasters has announced it has reached an agreement with Activision Vivendi to take over Swordfish Studios, the Birmingham-based games development house. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
